working out the kinks
So as it turns out, there is something horribly wrong with the linking functionality on this blog-- whenever you click on a link, you end up right back here at thisisauthentic.com. Not that I don't like the destination, but it kind of misses the whole point, you know what I mean? Anyway, we're working it out and hopefully will be back up and running in the next week or so. Thanks for your patience.

Wow. These are fabulous photos? How do you get Polaroid paper now that the company is bust. It is, right?

Oh it was a sad day when Polaroid stopped producing film. I bought a whole bunch of it and kept it in the fridge and am only running out now. Fuji makes instant film which is actually really nice, but you have to use their Instax camera, which isn't as satisfying as my SX70. That said, there is hope. Evidently, a group called something like The Impossible Project is reinstating production of some Polaroid film potentially as early as mid 2010. I'll have to dig around online and find out more specifics, but when I do I will post about it for sure!
